Jordan Gitterman

Jordan Gitterman joined Family Office Networks (FON) as a Managing Director, bringing extensive entrepreneurial and business experience spanning private structured lending, real estate, oil and gas, mining and mineral resources, and emerging technologies. He has founded, operated, financed, and advised businesses across these sectors throughout his career.

Mr. Gitterman is particularly focused on Web3, artificial intelligence, and real-world asset tokenization. He is the founder of Item Banc, which is developing Web3-based, AI-driven infrastructure for bringing business inventories onto the blockchain, along with a global parity valuation engine. He also founded IOU, a platform enabling service providers to tokenize, trade, and redeem services. Since 2019, he has served as an advisor to the United Africa Blockchain Association (UABA), supporting its mission of advancing blockchain education, innovation, and adoption.

For nearly fifteen years, Mr. Gitterman was an independent operator and producer in the natural resources sector. He founded Latin American Mining, a Chilean copper and gold producer, mined and exported iron ore from Mexico, and was a principal in Ranchers Exploration, Provide Energy, and Premier Oil & Gas, participating in the production of approximately 50 oil and gas wells in Kansas and Colorado. Previously, he spent more than fifteen years as founder and principal broker of Magnum Real Estate Services, a multi-office New York City real estate brokerage focused on multifamily properties, completing thousands of transactions and providing brokerage, management, investment, and advisory services.

Mr. Gitterman also founded Akasas, a charitable, non-denominational 508(c)(1)(A) faith-based organization dedicated to helping individuals realize their fullest positive potential. Through its annual South Florida holiday initiative, Akasas works with hospitality venues and community organizations to collect and distribute toys to children in need.
